What’s the next best thing besides coffee? Dessert! I love, love, love a good dessert place and thankfully Burbank has plenty of dessert shops!

Krispy Kreme

I can’t get enough donuts. That’s my go to desert. My favorite quote about desserts and donuts is probably... “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, except donuts. Donuts taste like skinny can go F itself.” I hope I made you laugh. My number one donut shop is ….Drum roll please...... KRISPY KREME. OH MY GOODNESS. Am I right!? Luckily for all you Krispy Kreme lovers there’s one in Burbank! They have a drive through and a parking lot! The drive thru is open 24 hours so you can get your sugar fix any time of the day or night.

I’m always on the hunt for a good ice cream sandwich. And luckily I found out that Burbank has a dessert shop that has some pretty tastey ice cream sandwiches. It’s called The Baked Bear! And it’s right around the corner from Krispy Kreme. It’s just not open 24 hours. The decor is cute and it’s the perfect place to take that perfect Instagram photo! Anything for that perfect Instagram photo.

Another one of my favorite donut places Is Donut Hut. This too is open 24 hours but it’s not a drive thru. That’s ok though because Donut Hut has a parking lot and you can park and then walk right up to the window.

The next place on the list is Porto’s Bakery and Cafe. It’s right down the road from Romancing the Bean. Porto’s isn’t open 24 hours but that’s ok! It’s one of those places that’s better to go to during the day anyway! They have an outrageous amount of dessert so you’re sure to find something you’re craving! Just be warned the line is usually pretty long so it might be intimidating but it moves pretty quickly.

Are you one of those people that when you go to Walmart or target and you get to the grocery isle and you see the cookie dough you instantly grab for it and buy it and then once you get home you don’t plan on baking the dough rather then just eating it? Well you’re not alone. That’s my weakness. I LOVE some good cookie dough. But I never actually bake the cookies. Oops.. So there’s this place in Burbank called Cookie Dough Dreams. And let me tell you. It is soooo delicious you’re gonna wanna go back for seconds and thirds and let’s be honest. Fourths! what is Cookie Dough Dreams you ask? Well it’s an edible cookie dough spot that doesn’t use egg yolks so it’s safe to eat! No more salmonella! And they have so many different flavors! You’re sure to find one that you like.

There are so many different dessert places in Burbank that I haven’t tried, so if you have the perfect spot, I’d love to hear about it!
